Q: Why only Black & White colors? A: To maintain our fast turnaround, we’ve streamlined our process by offering prints only in Black and White. This ensures speedy service without compromising on quality.
Q: How fast can I get my printed product? A: If you opt for our overnight delivery at checkout, place your order before 6 pm, and if the print time is less than 18 hours, you’ll receive your print the next working day.

Q: How do I place an order? A: Upload your design to our website, choose your color (Black or White), and select your desired delivery method. Once you complete the payment, we’ll start the printing process.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: PayPal and Credit/ Debit Cards
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How much does delivery cost? A: We offer two delivery options. Standard delivery is SGD 8, usually taking 2-4 days, while overnight delivery is SGD 29, ensuring you receive your print the next working day (subject to order conditions).
Q: Do you deliver outside of Singapore? A: Currently, our services are focused within Singapore. We will notify our customers if we expand our delivery services in the future.
Returns & Refunds
Q: I’m not happy with my print. What can I do? A: If you’re unsatisfied with your print, contact us within 3 days of receiving it. If your complaint is valid, we offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee. Plus, you get to keep your 3D print as a gift.

Q: What file formats do you accept for printing? A: We accept all common file formats. Please go to the upload page and click “upload model” to see all available file formats.
Q: How can I ensure the best print quality for my design? A: Ensure that your design adheres to the guidelines for 3D printing, avoids extremely thin walls, and is formatted correctly. If we realize that your design is too difficult, we will contact you before proceeding with the print.
