What is Kalukan?
Kalukan is Singapore’s first unlimited 3D printing subscription. For just $99/month, you can submit as many print jobs as you like — we handle the printing and delivery.
What materials do you use?
We exclusively use high-quality PLA, which is perfect for prototyping and functional parts. It’s strong, precise, and cost-effective — ideal for most everyday 3D printing needs.
What colors are available?
Our standard colors are black and white.
We also offer special colors from time to time, and you’ll see the current available options in the Member Portal when submitting your print job.
What file types can I upload?
We accept all common 3D file formats — including STL, STEP, OBJ, and more. No need to convert files manually.
How long does it take to receive my prints?
Most orders are printed and shipped within 4 business days. However, delivery time depends on the current job queue — we process all print jobs in the order they’re received.
How are multiple print jobs handled?
If you submit multiple print jobs, they are processed sequentially on the same printer assigned to your account. When capacity allows, we use multiple printers to speed up completion.
What if I’m not satisfied with the print?
Just let us know what you’d like improved — and we’ll reprint it for free. We want you to get the result you expect.
Is there a limit to how much I can print?
Kalukan is unlimited within fair use. As long as you’re not using it for industrial-scale production or reselling services, you’re welcome to print as much as you need.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
You can try Kalukan free for 30 days — no charge, no risk. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being billed.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your Member Portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period.
What printers do you use?
We use Creality 3D printers, known for their reliability, precision, and great print quality.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver islandwide within Singapore. All prints are shipped directly to your address via local couriers.
