1. Cancellations

1.1. Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once the printing process begins, orders cannot be canceled as they are considered to be in production.

1.2. If a cancellation is made within the allowed 2-hour window, the full amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.

2. Refunds

2.1. At Kalukan Pte Ltd, we strive to offer impeccable quality. However, if you are dissatisfied with the print result, you may be eligible for our 100% Money Back Guarantee.

2.2. To initiate a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with a description of the issue and accompanying photographs.

2.3. Refunds are processed based on the evaluation of the provided information. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.

2.4. Any product received as a gift during promotional offers or contests is not eligible for refunds.

3. Non-refundable Situations

3.1. We will not offer refunds if:

  • The dissatisfaction arises from user errors in the design.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, or accidents after receiving the order.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

4.1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
