2. Delivery Options
2.1. Overnight Delivery:
- Price: SGD 29
- Available for orders placed before 6 pm with a print time of less than 18 hours.
- Guaranteed delivery the next working day.
- This service is limited to Singapore.
2.2. Standard Delivery:
- Price: SGD 8
- Expected delivery time: 2-4 days (unless the print duration is considerably longer).
- Available for all orders.
3. Delivery Charges
3.1. The chosen delivery option’s fee will be displayed and added during the checkout process.
3.2. Any promotions or discounts on delivery charges will be clearly communicated and applied during purchase.
4. Delivery Address
4.1. Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. Kalukan Pte Ltd is not accountable for lost parcels or deliveries to incorrect addresses due to inaccuracies provided by the customer.
4.2. Notify us immediately if there are any changes to the delivery address after placing the order.
5. Tracking
Upon dispatch, an email containing the tracking number will be sent, allowing you to follow your shipment’s journey.
6. Failed Deliveries
If no one is present at the delivery address or if the parcel is returned for other reasons, a re-delivery fee may be applicable.
7. Damaged Items During Shipping
Report any visible damage to the packaging or the item on arrival to us immediately. We’ll swiftly address your concern.
8. International Shipping
At present, we cater mainly to deliveries within Singapore. We’ll update on international shipping options when available.
