By accessing and using the services provided by Kalukan Pte Ltd, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
Kalukan Pte Ltd provides 3D printing services using premium PLA material in white color. Orders placed before 6 pm with print time less than 18 hours are shipped the next day.
3. Registration and Accounts
Users may need to register an account to access specific features. You agree to provide accurate, current information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Payment Terms
All services provided are charged as indicated on our platform. Payments must be made upfront and are non-refundable unless specified.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the designs you provide. By submitting a design, you grant Kalukan Pte Ltd the right to use the design solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Limitations of Liability
Kalukan Pte Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages or loss of profits related to our services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our discretion without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
8. Changes to Terms
Kalukan Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after such changes take effect signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
