1. Cancellations
1.1. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Member Portal. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
1.2. Free trial users may cancel anytime during the 30-day trial period without being charged.
2. Reprints & Satisfaction Guarantee
2.1. If you’re not satisfied with a print, you can request a reprint anytime — as often as needed.
2.2. Just include a short note when submitting your reprint request to let us know what should be improved.
2.3. There are no limits on the number of reprints, as long as they follow our fair use policy and are not used to abuse the service.
3. Refunds
3.1. As this is a subscription-based service, refunds are not provided for unused time or partial use after the trial ends.
3.2. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the billing date at refund@kalukan.com.
3.3. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Non-refundable Situations
4.1. Refunds or reprints will not be granted if:
- The dissatisfaction is due to errors in the uploaded design.
- The part was damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling.
- The print usage clearly exceeds our fair use limits (e.g. large-scale commercial production).
5. Late or Missing Refunds
5.1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or contact your payment provider — processing may take a few days.
