1. General

At Kalukan Pte Ltd, we are committed to delivering quality 3D prints using premium PLA and precision equipment. Your satisfaction is our priority — and we stand behind every print.


2. Unlimited Reprints Guarantee

2.1. If you’re not satisfied with a print result, you can request a reprint anytime, as often as needed.

2.2. There is no limit to the number of reprints, as long as requests follow our fair use policy.

2.3. Our goal is to make sure you get parts that meet your expectations — and we’ll keep improving based on your feedback.


3. Returns

3.1. We do not require returns for unsatisfactory prints.

3.2. If something is off, just request a reprint through the Member Portal and move on — no shipping back, no delays.


4. Incorrect or Damaged Prints

4.1. If your print is damaged in transit or if the result is not what you expected, there’s no need to return it.

4.2. Just submit a reprint request through the Member Portal and add a short remark explaining what was wrong so we can improve it.

4.3. We’ll reprint and deliver it to you at no extra cost.


5. Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver most prints within 2–4 business days. Jobs are printed in the order they’re received. Delivery time may vary depending on print complexity and job queue.
