1. General

At Kalukan Pte Ltd, we are committed to delivering quality 3D prints using premium PLA and precision printers. Your satisfaction is our priority — and we stand behind every print.


2. Unlimited Reprints Guarantee

2.1. If you’re not satisfied with the result of a print, you can request a reprint anytime, as often as needed.

2.2. There is no limit to reprint requests, as long as they comply with our fair use policy.

2.3. Simply include a short remark when submitting the reprint request to let us know what should be improved — and we’ll take care of the rest.


3. Returns

3.1. We do not require returns for prints you’re unhappy with.

3.2. If something’s not right, just request a reprint. No shipping back, no delays.


4. Incorrect or Damaged Prints

4.1. If your print arrives damaged or with clear errors, just let us know within 7 days.

4.2. Submit a reprint request via the Member Portal and include a comment explaining the issue — we’ll use your feedback to improve and reprint at no cost.


5. Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver most prints within 2–4 business days. Jobs are processed in order of submission, and timing may vary based on queue size and print complexity.
