Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. General

At Kalukan Pte Ltd, we focus on reliable and timely delivery of your 3D prints. We aim to ensure every part reaches you quickly and in excellent condition.


2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery is included in your subscription
  • Most prints are delivered within 2–4 business days, depending on the current job queue and print complexity
  • All jobs are processed in the order they are submitted

3. Delivery Charges

  • There are no additional shipping fees for standard delivery within Singapore
  • Any future promotions or adjustments will be clearly communicated in the Member Portal

4. Delivery Address

4.1. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. Kalukan is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect information.

4.2. If you need to change your delivery address after submitting a job, email us immediately at shipping@kalukan.com.


5. Tracking

Once your print is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can monitor your delivery.


6. Failed Deliveries

If no one is available at the time of delivery or if the parcel is returned, a re-delivery fee may apply.


7. Damaged Items

If your item or its packaging is damaged on arrival, please contact us right away at shipping@kalukan.com with photos. We’ll reprint and resolve it as fast as possible.


8. International Shipping

At this time, Kalukan only ships within Singapore. We will update this policy if international options become available.


9. Policy Updates

We may update this shipping policy from time to time. Please check this page for the latest version.
