2. Service Description

Kalukan provides an unlimited 3D printing subscription for users in Singapore. All prints are produced using high-quality PLA material, with standard color options (black or white), and occasional special colors as shown in the Member Portal.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. Users are fully responsible for the design files they submit. Kalukan does not review, test, or verify the functionality, safety, or correctness of submitted models.

3.2. Users must ensure their files do not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights. Any legal liability arising from submitted content remains with the user.

4. Subscription, Pricing & Payment

4.1. All pricing is clearly stated on the Kalukan website and is exclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

4.2. Payment is required in advance of service use. Subscriptions are charged monthly and automatically renewed unless canceled.

4.3. Users can cancel anytime via the Member Portal. Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Users retain full ownership of their uploaded 3D models. Kalukan will not share, publish, or reuse designs without explicit permission.

5.2. All website content, branding, design, and related IP belong to Kalukan Pte Ltd, unless otherwise noted.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kalukan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes loss of revenue, data, or use resulting from delays, failed prints, or service interruptions.

7. Use of Submitted Content

7.1. Users grant Kalukan a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and reproduce uploaded files solely for the purpose of delivering the 3D printing service.

7.2. Kalukan reserves the right to refuse, pause, or cancel print jobs that violate these terms or applicable laws.

8. Fair Use Policy

The Kalukan subscription is designed for reasonable, individual use. Excessive, abusive, or commercial-scale printing may result in throttled service or account suspension.

9. Changes to Terms

Kalukan may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
